Jason Brake and his sons, Riley and Sam, founded the company on the principle that customers should be treated like family. Our key team members have worked together for more than 20 years. With experienced gained serving Tristate Home Services (formerly Wachter and Norwood), Jason Brake (26 years), Nick Fink (16 years), and Phil Cole (20 years) bring advanced skills and working knowledge in HVAC-related construction and remodeling. Our senior staff serve as mentors to our junior technicians ensuring Brake Heating & Air can support our customers now and into the future.
